Angela Duckworth is the founder and CEO of Character Lab, a nonprofit whose mission is to advance scientific insights that help children thrive. As a former public school teacher and management consultant, Duckworth learned that effort was tremendously important to success. To begin to solve the mystery of why some people work so much harder and longer than others, Duckworth entered the doctoral program in psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, where she is now a distinguished professor. Duckworth’s career in research led her to give one of the most-viewed TED Talks of all time. Her first book, “Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance,” is a #1 New York Times bestseller.

Through her pivotal research on grit, Duckworth captivates audiences, inspiring them to harness their strengths and discover their resilience. Join us for an exciting conversation as we dive into the power of grit and how its unique combination of passion and perseverance can lead to long-term success.
