Vadym Kholodenko - Philip Lorenz International Keyboard Concerts
Gold Medalist at the 2013 Van Cliburn and 2010 Sendai International Piano Competitions, Ukrainian pianist Vadym Kholodenko is receiving accolades for his “absorbing melodic shading and glittering passage work” (The Philadelphia Inquirer). Heralded for his “genuinely interesting” and “bold and elegant” playing (The Dallas Morning News), he was awarded a prestigious Diapason d’or de l’année for his solo disc with works by Scriabin, and the great Valery Gergiev selected him as Artist of the Month at the Mariinsky Concert Hall in St. Petersburg.
