QUESTION for my RIVER RIDGE neighbors.I have 3 old boxwoods under my front window. So old it's a squared off hedge now.
I want to rip it all out as it's way overdue. CONCERN: My gas and water lines run directly under them, and Oups can't tell me how deep they are. Does anyone have an idea of what code was in the early 1950s when these houses were built? I'm hesitant to use a maddock to hack the stumps and root system out because of this.
