Dairy industry processing experts, members and researchers will discuss market trends and technical breakthroughs in product development, processing and packaging. 

Presentations will also focus on new technology, evolving consumer preferences, sustainability, workforce development and internship opportunities.

Registration is $190 for industry members, $125 for faculty and staff, and $80 for students.

The event is hosted by the Pacific Coast Coalition-Dairy Business Innovation Initiative, which is hosted by Fresno State under the leadership of Dr. Carmen Licon and in coordination with seven other universities in California, Oregon and Washington and the California Dairy Innovation Center.

The program has received over $24 million in grant funding since 2021 from the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service to promote dairy product, business and workforce innovation.
